Jeff Bezos made more money than everyone in 2015, thanks to his 83 million shares of Amazon.com(NASDAQ: AMZN) — an amount that’s equal to 18% of the company.
He also owns The Washington Post and Blue Origin, an aerospace company, which he’s offered to use to send Donald Trump to another planet.
After Amazon’s stock price more than doubled in 2015, Bezos saw his net worth increase nearly $30 billion. He’s now worth more than twice what he was worth at the end of 2014, and he comes in at No. 4 on Forbes’ list of wealthiest people.
